Cakko

Our Old Style “Czech-GDR Male” Cakko is a sturdy, medium-sized male with an expressive head and a beautiful, thick black coat. Our “Black Rocket” is confident, friendly, and very easy to handle, even though he comes from old Czech and old East German working lines. Cakko comes from the Jinopo.CZ kennel, a group of professional breeders from the former z Pohranicni straze (zPS) kennel in the Czech Republic.

Cakko clearly takes after his father, “Diego vom Thostgrundbach.” Diego is a male dog from the former East German population, known for his superior quality and pedigree. Cakko’s mother, “Akira vom Haus Antverpa,” is a well-known female dog descended from proven, long-established Czech bloodlines with East German lineage.

 We are very happy that we chose this wonderful male dog. He has everything we hoped for: temperament, energy, stamina, and a constant desire to please. Cakko usually runs off-leash, as he comes when called in any everyday situation. He also gets along perfectly with the rest of the pack. Our male and female dogs all live together, so it’s important to us to maintain a certain calm within our pack. Cakko had no trouble with this from the start. He quickly established his place in the hierarchy and fully accepts what our leader, Odessa, and the other pack members expect of him. Of course, he’s also the sweetest family dog you could imagine. Sometimes he demands a lot of cuddles and can even seem a bit pushy at times. All in all, he’s a German Shepherd for every occasion. Thus, our black rocket “Cakko” is a very interesting male and a promising addition to our breeding program.
